Starts Again in September
If you shop at the Village Market and have Community Cash receipts, we'd love to take those off your hands!
Look for our Do a Little Good mailbox in the driveway at Calvary Lutheran Church at 10180 Elk Lake Rd, Williamsburg, MI 49690 (at the blinking light).
Thank you to everyone who donated receipts during the last cycle (September 2022-May 2023) as we put $1,200 into our fund designated to help the transitioning veterans at Patriot Place.
Scholarships
We are excited to be able to offer two different scholarships each year to deserving community members in Antrim County. Check back during the application windows for more information:
Graduating high school senior scholarship - application window runs March 1 to April 15
Adult scholarship - application window runs April 16 to May 31
Our most recent winners:
$250 - Class of 2024 - Emma Eckerdt from Elk Rapids High School to attend Saginaw Valley State University to pursue a degree in Nursing.
$250 - Class of 2023 - Mayah Garcia from Elk Rapids High School to attend Michigan State University to pursue a degree in Business with a concentration in Finance.
$250 - Adult (2023 cycle) - Teegan Dawson to finish her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science at Adrian College.
$250 - Adult (2023 cycle) - Marissa Slabosz toward her Master of Counseling Psychology degree from Western Michigan University.
$250 - Adult (2023 cycle) - Annie Hammond to begin the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Grand Valley State University.
All scholarship windows are currently closed.
